The room was so very well designed and maintained, in so many small ways that add up. The bed was both firm and cushioned. The shower had a little shelf about 12 inches off the ground, for ladies to rest their feet on while shaving their legs. The kitchenette was well equipped. We enjoyed our room which faced the interior courtyard/pool area, which had many large shady trees. We were there for leisure but the desk area is well set up for work. The breakfast was solid, a bit above average. The location was convenient for our purposes. The room was spacious and quiet, and appeared fairly recently updated. The staff was gracious and welcoming and helpful. All in all, it exceeded our expectations, and the price/quality ratio was amazing.

On our last night there our room got a really bad leak from the ceiling in the bathroom at around 1:45 a.m. and by 2:00 a.m. we were moved into another room. I appreciate the prompt way they helped to resolve that issue. The room we were moved to was actually a bit bigger and better than the one we had (but the bed was still hard). And I've already said it but I absolutely love the staff. Everybody I came into contact with was really friendly and helpful.

All of staffs are gentle and helpful. Quite a nice place. <10 min on foot from the convention center. Most equipments are 24 hours available. You can also check out to get to MSY airport even in 4:00 am. Safe and reasonable laundry room (4$ for washing + 4$ for drying).

Breakfast was nice. It changed a little bit each day. However, the regular dishes were delicious. I especially liked their juice bar. I also like they provide pots and bowls for cooing use. I also like the location. It's close to Convention Center as well as the WW2 Museum. The value and price are excellent in normal days. (my trip is during a big conference, so the price is tripled...)
